What do you really want to do this year?

“I wonder what will this year bring for me…”
“Oh, I am so glad last year is over. “
“This year is definitely going to be a better one!”
“This year I am going to start……”

Does any of this resonate with you? Do you have similar thoughts? Have you ever thought about sitting down and assessing what really worked well for you last year? Are you clear what didn’t work as well as you would have liked?
These are very useful questions and can really help to “clear the clutter” so to say, at least on the mind level.

I’d like to share a really simple example of how to do this easily.

START
  • What new project/s hobby, study, work etc you want to start doing, learning, practicing and more this year?
STOP
  • What didn’t produce the results you intended?
  • What didn’t quite work the way you expected?
  • What would give more space and / or time for something better if you stopped doing it?
  • What you need to bring to closure?
CONTINUE
  • What do you want to continue as it is? What needs to just be amended slightly to make it work even better this year?
  • What might not be so exciting however is very good to keep doing as it is working for a purpose?

These are some sample questions you can use to ask yourself about different aspects of your life, what you spend your time on and / or hobbies, interests and tasks. Assessing your work life, personal life, your family relations and more in this way can really bring deeper insights and realisations on how you can more effective spend your time.

Where you put your mind, what you focus on, is where energy goes.  This is one of the key teachings of Dr. and Master Sha. He calls it Mind Power. The mind can be very very powerful and for some people it governs their life. It is how they operate, from the Mind.  Some people are more connected to their soul and make life choices and decisions by the guidance from their soul. Next time I will share concepts and teachings on how you can do this. The soul can be a powerful guide of the mind. Life can flow much more easily when our mind is aligned with our soul. If they are not aligned, we can experience great challenges in many ways.

I would love to hear your feedback and experience from the above exercise. I am happy to answer any questions you might have, just let me know below. Let me know if you would like further guidance on how to create vision and direction for this year for your life. It is my honour to serve you.

Much love and light to you,
Master Mirva

Complacency - how to shift, move and shake it!

Hello. My name is Master Mirva Inkeri.

I'm delighted to be with you here today. Happy New Year. I hope the year has started off well for you. What I'd like to talk about today is a topic called complacency. What does this mean? It is something that can happen for you for your business world, in your day to day world, in your spiritual journey, in your relationship with your loved ones. Any aspect of life really, it means that you're complacent if you are not looking for how to refresh things, how to renew, how to look for areas of opportunities for enhancement, improvements, how to progress, way forward, further or better or more.

Complacency is just sitting still because of that's the way you've always done it, that's the way it has always been. It's almost like not bothering to do anything about it. Thinking it will just be fine as it is, whatever it is. Sometimes this is good, sometimes this is the right thing to do to keep things still, stable, safe, grounded. Sometimes this can be really dangerous because we cannot only miss opportunities, miss things but it can also take us down on a negative path, go downhill especially in business, especially in relationships. If we take something for granted, we take a client for granted or the loved one. If we just think that "Oh, they'll always be there. I'm not going to worry about them. They'll be fine" it could be dangerous thinking.

I want you to think about today where is that that you may have been complacent. Which aspect of your life then secondly how may that have manifested. Think about when was the last time you did something new, when was the last time you questioned how you are doing something. A little bit of self-assessment. Look for it, meditate on it if you're so feel inclined. Maybe ask other people for feedback, their opinion. You may find some beautiful gold nuggets when you ask others.

Now, I'd like to offer you a blessing to see and realize where the opportunities are for making things anew, enhanced, improved, renew. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in. Breathe out and relax. Open your heart and soul to receive this blessing, to receive insights realizations where your opportunities are.

Hao. Hao. Hao. Thank you. Thank you. thank you.

Thank you so much. Thank you to the soul world and heaven. I would love to hear from you what did you realize, how did you self-assess, what did you find out. You tell me, I'd love your feedback and happy to answer any questions you would have about this topic.

Love you. Love you. Love you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

With love and light,

Master Mirva
