Hello my name is Master Mirva. I am honoured to be one of Master Sha’s World Wide Representatives. I wish to share today with you about this incredible book called Soul Over Matter. 

Master Sha wrote this book with a sweet man, a wonderful soul called Adam Markel. He is an incredible professional and an incredible visionary inspirational leader, who runs a successful training company in helping people how to train mind over matter about money - a topic that is often in many people’s minds and hearts and also often high on the fear, anxiety, insecurity scale. 

So this book is a new tool. It offers a combination of the wisdom from Adam as well as from Master Sha and what the Tao Source has given through Master Sha at this time to help to serve billions of people.

I literally drank this book. I inhaled it. I never read books very fast, but this book I read in about 4 hours. I know Master Sha’s wisdom as his World Wide Representative, but how the wisdom has come through in this book, in a new way, in a more subtle way, yet more simple, more powerful, more concrete, and I love how Adam speaks about how companies can serve one another. How about looking after your competitor’s success? How many business leaders talk like that? I just absolutely love it! I could feel his huge heart. It’s just so amazing! I wish for each of you to have a copy of this book. I wish for you to read this because the benefits are incredible. It’s very simple read, very practical and tangible.

I am honoured to be offering the Wellness Hubs here in New South Wales, teachings on the shen qi jing of business. Now what does this mean? I have got some other videos where I talked about the shen qi jing of business before, because everything and anything is made out of shen, qi and jing. We’ve often talked about it or thought about it in the human body but now we are talking about it with your business, with your finances. How about that? And how the alignment can create the greatest flourishing.

Hello, this is Master Mirva Inkeri.  I’m very honored and delighted to be a disciple and world-wide representative of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, as well as one of his divine channels.

One of Master Sha’s major teaching is why a business does not work.  It is the same concept as why a person might get sick.  This is the concept of Shen, Chi and Jing not being in alignment.

Jing spelled J-I-N-G means matter.  Chi, C-H-I means energy.  Shen means soul, message.  It also includes the heart and the consciousness.  Every business has its own soul, its own message.  The energy and matter also represent and are part of any business. 

So these are the three aspects of every business that need to be in alignment for everything to work well, for everything to flow, for finances to flow, for success to take place.  So this is a little bit different from a normal business concept.  This is part of Master Sha’s Tao Oneness teaching, to have Shen Chi Jing in alignment.

The key is for us to think about for our business, what is the Shen?  What is the soul, the message of my business?   How does it then flow into the energy of the business?  Are there blockages, challenges? 

What about the matter?  The matter is the physical manifestation, the embodiment of the business, company or organization.  So I invite you to think about this.  I invite you to self-assess what these three aspects are for your business, or for your company.  It doesn’t matter whether you’re the company owner, the company leader, employee, it doesn’t matter.  This is an exercise for you to understand how Tao as the way of all life, Tao as the universal laws and principles affect all aspects of life.  The way of Tao is to follow nature’s way. 

The business also needs to follow nature’s way, otherwise it will simply not flow and we find ourselves faced with blockages after blockages.  Things will be challenging. 

So align yourself with the Tao, with following nature’s way.  Think and assess these three aspects, Shen, Chi, and Jing for your business.  What are they?  What could they be?

In the next segment I’m going to lead you through a practice on how to correct the misalignment or how to bring about alignment for these three aspects.  Then in the following section after that I’m going to offer a major blessing for this.

Transform finances and business situations with Divine Power

I'm delighted to be with you today. I wanted to share with you about this incredible treasure called Divine Healing Hands. It is a healer and healing transmission. It is literally golden soul hands that we'll receive from the divine.

Many people think that it can be perhaps only used to heal emotional, mental, physical aspects of life. Divine healing hands can absolutely be used to transform our finances, our relationships and any aspect of our business. So if you are a business owner, or you are a business leader, it is incredibly powerful and beneficial to have divine healing hands.

Every day, you can start the day by offering your staff, your team members, partners, colleagues, vendors, suppliers divine healing hands blessings to function, collaborate, coordinate, perform more efficiently, effectively so as to be of better service for everyone. Now, isn't that of value?

You could clear and transform blockages in cash flow. Maybe there's a check that keeps bouncing, there's a payment that just isn't coming through. All of these challenges are due to blockages on the soul, mind or the body. All of these can be transformed by offering, by applying divine healing hands.

Any relationship challenges, negotiation, issues with negotiations are due to relationship challenges which are blockages in the level of the soul, mind, or the body. Body is energy and matter. Mind is the consciousness. Soul of course is the spirit. So all of these can greatly benefit from Divine Healing Hands blessings.

I'd like to offer you a blessing now. You can make a request for your finances, any business project, outcome, situation, relationship challenge that either you have, your colleges, your staff, whoever has. So ask for a blessing, make a request and you can experience what just one time blessing feels like.

Day 5 Education: Insights on Soul Conference

Hello, this is Master Mirva Inkeri. 

How are you today? How have you found the two teachings on Soul Conferencing? Have you done it daily? Have you done it at the beginning of your day or at the middle of your day? Have you tried it before meetings? 

The important thing is consistency. Sometimes doing it just once may produce a wonderful result. The key though, in general is consistency over time. I’d like you to make a commitment doing this for about 21 days or 30 days, for one month.

Try it, see what happens for you. What is your own process? What is shifting and changing for you? Pay attention to this, make notes. Also notice what is happening with and for other people. I would love to hear from you. I’m happy to answer any questions if you have questions on how to do this, or what your experience has been when you have been doing this.

Everything transforms on the soul level first. So therefore, especially those relationships that are more troublesome perhaps. They will take longer to change and transform, because our challenges with that person or persons may go beyond this lifetime. Therefore, doing a Soul Conference once or twice just isn’t enough. It requires more effort, more commitment from our side. The key is that we commit to doing this, if we want to have different results than we have had before.

That’s what the Soul Conference is about. It gives you depth and breadth on a different scale than you have perhaps done things before; that you have perhaps managed your relationships with before. It is a different dimension to add to your relationship skills, to your communication skills. It’s a different kind of tool that can make a huge difference. This is the purpose of it.

Education Day 3 & 4: What is a Soul Conference and how to do it?

Hello everyone. My name is Master Mirva Inkeri.

It’s my great honor to be here with you today. As part of my Education Series I’d like to teach you today on Soul Conferencing. What is a Soul Conference? This is basic teaching in soul power techniques, and thus I wanted to do it at the beginning of this Education Series.

Soul Conference is just like a physical teleconference, for example. Yet, it takes place on the level of the soul rather than seeing somebody physically or talking to them on the phone. Basically it’s the best way to start your day, your working day. You speak to all the people you are going to meet with; you know that you are going to have conversations with, or you need to do work with, whatever the reason is that you’re going to interact with them on any given day.

You are going to speak to them on their soul level first. You’re going to create soul-to-soul, heart-to-heart connection first before you have that physical connection, physical conversation. Why is this important? Because, Master Sha says when we work on the level of the soul first to heal and transform any aspect of it, then the mind and body will follow.

Therefore, even if you have no challenges it prepares the person; it prepares your relationship with them on the soul level to be in alignment first before you have the physical conversation. You talk to them exactly like you would in a physical conversation. You tell them what you need, what you would like, what is the purpose, the task, the project. Key is that you speak with clarity, with love, compassion, care, kindness, also the positive qualities.

It is not a conversation where you reprimand anybody, for example. Or you give them anything that you feel upset about in a negative way. It’s about transforming and preparing the relationship. That is the purpose of a Soul Conference. That’s our little synopsis, what it is.

Hello, this is Master Mirva.

In this video, we are going to do a soul conference. I'm going to lead you through this, you can repeat every sentence after me. This is the best done in the morning before you start working day or you can do it throughout the day for example if you are preparing for a meeting with a number of people.

The key is that you place your hands in the Soul Light Era prayer position. You place your left hand in front of your Message center. You place right hand in a traditional prayer position in front of it because this is the soul communication center, the Message center, which is the heart chakra, that's why we place our hands here. Then you visualize the people in golden light or bright white light and now repeat after me, dear soul, mind and body, and you can tailor this based on what are the people that are applicable to you. I'm going to say quite a few to give you an example.

“Dear soul, mind and body of all my coworkers, of all the team members who will report to me, who work with me, all the project members that I am going to be working with today, all of my customers, clients, vendors, partners, that I will be interacting with today, all of my students, all of my senior management, all my superiors, whom I will be talking, meeting, exchanging emails, having conversations or communication or interactions through any channel of communication. I love you. I honor you. I appreciate you. I respect you. I am very grateful for all the work that you do and have done. I am grateful for all your efforts and all the good intention you put in to deliver good results, good work, and move us forward together. I am very grateful.

Please join me, heart to heart, soul to soul, let us work together in harmony, peacefully, appreciating and respecting each other for our contribution, speaking to and with each other in a loving, kind, and compassionate manner. Let us create alignment to deliver all the work, task and projects we need to, to contribute to the overall whole, to produce the best results for the company, for our customers, shareholders, other stakeholders, and more as well as all other employees, we generate good positive results and outcomes for all concerned. Please join me singing, love, peace and harmony to join together heart to heart, soul to soul.”

 Then you would sing love, peace and harmony like this.

“I love my heart and soul. I love all humanity. Join hearts and soul together. Love, peace and harmony. Love, peace and harmony.”

 And again really open your heart.

“I love my heart and soul. I love all humanity. Join hearts and souls together. Love, peace and harmony. Love, peace and harmony. “

Once more. Further open your heart, offer your love.

“I love my heart and soul. I love all humanity. Join hearts and souls together. Love, peace and harmony. Love, peace and harmony.”

Then we close by saying. “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Love you. Love you. Love you. Gong song, gong song, gong song. Hao hao hao.”

 We offer our love and gratitude always. Gong song means respectfully return because we've called their souls. They have come to listen to us. We send them back where they came from. Hao simply means perfect, get well.

How to have different kind of intelligence to bring new depth to your work?

Hello, my name is Master Mirva Inkeri.

Today, I want to start an education theme on my blog. My teacher, my spiritual teacher Dr. and Master Sha, commenced at this theme on education yesterday on his website. You can look it up on drsha.com. When I thought about his theme and how it applies to work my message is here on his blog, I realized that it’s in complete alignment. Because my message here is about how to have a different kind, different quality, and different depth to the daily business, daily work, and daily life. How? How to have this difference?

For years, I had a spiritual life, and I had the work life. For years, I felt I have these two separate lives that just did not connect. Today, my message is about how to merge that, how to have this business life, work life different by applying the power of soul. Many business leaders or business people and often very many women look for how to do things differently, how to have a different depth, different meaning to what they do. This resonates very strongly with me because I used to be one of these women. Today, my reality is very different, because today, I apply the power soul every single day, and in pretty much everything that I do.

My blog is essentially about that. I have couple of very particular blog post earlier on last year on that topic. What are the benefits of power of soul? What it is to apply the power of soul in a daily life? I’m going to blog about that for the next couple of weeks. Today, I’d like you to just experience the power of soul, to feel the power of it. I’d like to offer you a blessing, a healing blessing by applying soul power through my soul song. This is a blessing for any aspect of your life, your business, your career, your finances, your relationships, your health, your happiness, contentment, whatever the case may be.

All that you’re required to do is to open your heart to receive this blessing, to experience it, whatever you experience is. Just relax. There’s absolutely nothing you need to do. Simply close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, and breath out, really relax. Close your eyes. Blessing begins.

Focus on the driver vs. the outcome of our finances

Hello, good morning. My name is Master Mirva Inkeri, I am a worldwide representative at Divine Channel and a disciple of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, and I’m very honored to be so.

Today I wanted to talk about finances and our relationship to our finances, and how we perceive finances and financial success. Many of us focus on finances; we focus actually on what is the outcome. I say it is the outcome because we focus on the quantity of money we have. What we maybe missing, if we do not consider money and financial success as the spiritual outcome. If we only focus it as the physical outcome or physical aspect of many, we are only focusing on the outcome. We are missing what the cause is, the cause and effect, the outcome is the effect, we are missing the cause, what drives financial success spiritually.

 This is based on the teachings of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, and I want to introduce you to one of his books. This is called Divine Transformation. It says divine way to self-clear karma, to transform your finances, your relationships and more. In this book there is much information, but on page 161 there are some spiritual practices how to create good karma so as to improve our finances. It’s very simple, and this video is very short so it’s going to be just the core, the essence. 

 

Basically the spiritual concept is that our financial bank account here in the physical world is a reflection, is a mirror of our, what is called a virtue bank in heaven. Virtue comes from our good service or bad service, positive or negative, in this life as well as all of our other lifetimes. Needless to say we want the positive balance to be higher than the negative.  

And how to do this? There is much, much that I could talk about, and I need to just keep it brief for today. The basic principle is to offer service, to offer it unconditionally. This means to expect nothing in return, do good service and not think about, ‘Are they going to pay me for this?’ ‘How much might they pay me?’ ‘Would they do something in return for me?’ We need to be willing to let all of that go.

What is good service? Good service is focusing on thoughts. Yes, our thinking, our speech and our actions. That focus making others happier and healthier. So every single thought, every single sentence we speak and action we take, we need to self-assess, ‘Is this serving only me or is this making others happier and healthier?’ Based on the answer to that question we know whether we are creating positive karma or not. So some food for thought, I’d love to hear your responses to these brief teachings and concepts.

And now I would like to offer you a blessing to transform your thoughts, speech and actions to generate positive service to all those you serve and interact with. If you would like to receive this blessing, I’d ask you sit up straight, take a deep breath in, breathe out and relax and close your eyes, bring your focus internal. Open your heart and soul to receive this blessing as it is appropriate for you today.

What do you really want to do this year?

“I wonder what will this year bring for me…”

“Oh, I am so glad last year is over. “

“This year is definitely going to be a better one!”

“This year I am going to start……”

Does any of this resonate with you? Do you have similar thoughts? Have you ever thought about sitting down and assessing what really worked well for you last year? Are you clear what didn’t work as well as you would have liked?

These are very useful questions and can really help to “clear the clutter” so to say, at least on the mind level.

I’d like to share a really simple example of how to do this easily.

START	What new project/s hobby, study, work etc you want to start doing, learning, practicing and more this year?
STOP	What didn’t produce the results you intended?  What didn’t quite work the way you expected?  What would give more space and / or time for something better if you stopped doing it?   What you need to bring to closure?
CONTINUE	What do you want to continue as it is? What needs to just be amended slightly to make it work even better this year?  What might not be so exciting however is very good to keep doing as it is working for a purpose?

These are some sample questions you can use to ask yourself about different aspects of your life, what you spend your time on and / or hobbies, interests and tasks. Assessing your work life, personal life, your family relations and more in this way can really bring deeper insights and realisations on how you can more effective spend your time. 

Where you put your mind, what you focus on, is where energy goes.  This is one of the key teachings of Dr. and Master Sha. He calls it Mind Power. The mind can be very very powerful and for some people it governs their life. It is how they operate, from the Mind.  Some people are more connected to their soul and make life choices and decisions by the guidance from their soul. Next time I will share concepts and teachings on how you can do this. The soul can be a powerful guide of the mind. Life can flow much more easily when our mind is aligned with our soul. If they are not aligned, we can experience great challenges in many ways.

I wanted to take a moment to wish you Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and all the very best for this Season!  I thank you for all your love, forgiveness, your care, compassion, and light to each other and to everyone.  I have been so honored this year to be with you, to share with you.   And you have shared with me, which I’m very honored, feel privileged and grateful for.  This is my love to you.  This is my gratitude to you. 

I’d like to offer you a blessing for this Holiday time, for this Season.  May you receive whatever you wish, desire, want or need.  However it is appropriate for you, for your highest, divine good.  I’d like to offer you a blessing, and you can make a request.  Take a deep breath in, breathe out and close your eyes and relax.  Take a moment or two to make your request.  If you wish for balance and harmony, ask for that.  If you wish for loving relationships, ask for that.  If you wish for an increase in your finances, ask for that.  If you wish for improved health, immunity, energy, ask for that. 

Open your heart and soul to receive this blessing as it is appropriate at this time.
