Alignment and flourishing of your business

Hello and welcome. This is a special invitation and a message to Wellness Hub members and all of those who have a Wellness business.

I am very honoured and excited to be able to come and meet you on four different occasions in Penrith, Crows Nest, the Northern Beaches, and Central Coast in the next coming few months.

My background is in the corporate world. I work in the corporate world for many, many years. I had spiritual journey alongside my corporate journey, and the physical journey in this physical life. For many, many years I studied different healing modalities, meditation and spirituality.

I met my teacher, Dr. and Master Sha in 2008, and in 2012 I fully merged my business skills, my business career and my spiritual journey, and I personally experienced great alignment in every aspect of my being, in my soul heart mind and body.

The topic that I am privileged, delighted and excited to share with you is the shen chi jing of the business. What does that mean? That’s a 3-Chinese word. They are old words with a lot of meaning - ancient meaning.

In Master Sha’s teaching, shen means soul, heart and mind, which is the consciousness. Then chi is the energy which most people know. Jing means matter. Everything and anything in life is made up of shen chi and jing. We human beings have our own shen chi jing, so does our business. Every company is made up of shen chi jing as well.

The key is to understand what is shen chi jing. What is the soul heart mind, energy and matter of the business, and whether there is an alignment or whether there is a misalignment, or there is perhaps blockages in flow in one of these aspects. And then when we discover where there is misalignment or blockages, what do we do about that – how to clear those, how to bring the alignment.

Master Sha teaches that when we heal and transform the soul first, the mind and the body will follow. He also teaches that everything and anything has a soul. So your business also has a soul. Your business also has a heart and consciousness.

So this is just a little taster, but this is what we will be exploring at this Wellness Hub gathering, that I have the privilege to join you.

Soul Over Matter - what is possible!

New wisdom available to us!

Hello my name is Master Mirva. I am honoured to be one of Master Sha’s World Wide Representatives. I wish to share today with you about this incredible book called Soul Over Matter. 

Master Sha wrote this book with a sweet man, a wonderful soul called Adam Markel. He is an incredible professional and an incredible visionary inspirational leader, who runs a successful training company in helping people how to train mind over matter about money - a topic that is often in many people’s minds and hearts and also often high on the fear, anxiety, insecurity scale. 

So this book is a new tool. It offers a combination of the wisdom from Adam as well as from Master Sha and what the Tao Source has given through Master Sha at this time to help to serve billions of people.

I literally drank this book. I inhaled it. I never read books very fast, but this book I read in about 4 hours. I know Master Sha’s wisdom as his World Wide Representative, but how the wisdom has come through in this book, in a new way, in a more subtle way, yet more simple, more powerful, more concrete, and I love how Adam speaks about how companies can serve one another. How about looking after your competitor’s success? How many business leaders talk like that? I just absolutely love it! I could feel his huge heart. It’s just so amazing! I wish for each of you to have a copy of this book. I wish for you to read this because the benefits are incredible. It’s very simple read, very practical and tangible.

I am honoured to be offering the Wellness Hubs here in New South Wales, teachings on the shen qi jing of business. Now what does this mean? I have got some other videos where I talked about the shen qi jing of business before, because everything and anything is made out of shen, qi and jing. We’ve often talked about it or thought about it in the human body but now we are talking about it with your business, with your finances. How about that? And how the alignment can create the greatest flourishing.

I would like to offer you now a blessing, and I would like to offer a blessing with the particular treasure in this book, for you to open your heart and soul, to help to create financial as well as flourishing in every aspect of your life. This would be a silent blessing for 1 minute. I wont turn on my other treasures, that are healing transmissions or I wont sing my Tao Song that I usually offer with blessings also. I am just going to ask this book to serve you.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, relax, open your heart and soul, relax, receive this blessing, as it is appropriate for you at this time to open your heart and soul, to clear, heal and transform blockages that are in the way of you having abundance in every aspect of your life. Align your business for success: Blessing to align Shen Chi and Jing

Hello, this is Master Mirva Inkeri.

I'm so happy and delighted to be with you again. This is the third segment on the Tao Oneness teaching of aligning Shen, Chi, and Jing - the soul, the energy, and the matter - including the heart and the consciousness of our business, organization, or a company together as oneness. To create Tao oneness, Tao alignment.

In this section, after you've watched and listened to the teaching perhaps, I would like to offer you a blessing for this purpose. You can watch this video as often as you can and receive blessings every single time. Fact, if you watch this daily you can receive blessings daily. It's my greatest honor to serve you. In the previous section I taught you the mantra "Shen, Chi, Jing, He, Yi." What you could do during the blessing is silently chant this mantra. I will use my soul song or perhaps sing the mantra; Whatever the soul guidance is for this blessing.

To prepare for the blessing I would like you to close your eyes. Take a deep breath in. Do that again. Roll your shoulders back. Really open your heart and soul to receive this blessing for your request however it is appropriate on this day for your highest divine good. Make a request for your business, your company, organization. You can say its name. This is a blessing to join, to align, Shen, Chi, and Jing of the company, organization, or business in question that you are now holding in your mind.

Close your eyes and you will receive more light, more frequency. Completely relax. You can chant Shen, Chi, Jing, He, Yi silently if you wish. The blessing begins. Shen, Chi, Jing, He, Yi. Shen, Chi, Jing, He, Yi. Shen, Chi, Jing, He, Yi. Shen, Chi, Jing, He, Yi.

Blessing begins.

Hao, hao, hao. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, the divine.

Hao means perfect, get well. Now take in a deep breath again, and breath out. Move your shoulders, move your body a little bit. What was your experience during that blessing? There's no right or wrong experience. Everyone's experience is unique and completely perfect as it is. What did you feel? Some people see things. Some people see colors. Some people hear things. Some people feel sensations in their body. Share you experience with me. I would love to hear from you.

Align your business for success: Practice to align Shen Chi and Jing

Hello, this is Master Mirva Inkeri. 

This section is the spiritual practice and meditation practice how to align Shen Chi and Jing of any business in all aspects of this business.  It’s very simple.  This will create alignment, harmony, oneness for your business, for your organization that you may own, lead or simply work in.  It doesn’t really make a difference, but you can make a difference by applying soul power to bring alignment, to bring oneness to the business that you are involved in.  We will use the four power techniques.  Please follow me.

Body power is where and how we place our hands.  We place the left hand in front of our message center.  The right hand we place in a traditional pray position like this but in front of the message center, which is also known as our heart chakra.  This is body power.  Mind power is that we visualize a golden light or imagine.  Imagine, think or visualize the business, the company, the organization.  Imagine golden light surrounding it, penetrating it, infiltrating it all throughout.

Soul power is we’re going to connect with the soul of this business, of this company.  I’m going to speak it slowly enough that you can repeat it for yourself.  Close your eyes for the moment and repeat after me.  We’re going to say hello, this is soul power. 

“Dear soul, mind and body of the, and name the company, business, organization.  I love you.  We give our love.  I honor you and appreciate you.

Dear the soul of all the employees, all of the function, departments, teams, team members, I love you, honor you and appreciate you.  You have the power to create alignment, oneness, to join Shen Chi and Jing as one.  Do so now without delay.  Thank you so much. “

The fourth power is the sound power, which is a mantra.  We’re going to chant the mantra Shen Chi Jing, which we already know, He Yi.  He Yi means join as one.  He means join and Yi means one.  Shen Chi Jing He Yi, very simple.

I’ll sing it for and then you can join me when you have the tune.  Close your eyes.  Visualize the golden light.

We close our practice by saying three times, Hao, Hao, Hao.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.  How means perfect, get well.  It’s like an affirmation at the end.  Thank you.  We say thank you to the mantra, thank you to the soul world and thank you to the soul of the business organization and all the employees that you spoke to.

This practice was just very short.  Watch this again and continue to practice longer time.  The more you practice, the longer you practice, the more benefits you create, the more you create alignment on the soul level.  When you create the alignment on a soul level first then then consciousness and the physical alignment will also happen.

Master Sha’s teaching is heal the soul first, then the mind and the body will follow.  This is the order in which healing and transformation takes place.  Have a wonderful practice.  Practice daily.  Practice consistently, regularly and you will start to see and realize the benefits.

Hello, this is Master Mirva Inkeri.  I’m very honored and delighted to be a disciple and world-wide representative of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, as well as one of his divine channels.

One of Master Sha’s major teaching is why a business does not work.  It is the same concept as why a person might get sick.  This is the concept of Shen, Chi and Jing not being in alignment.

Jing spelled J-I-N-G means matter.  Chi, C-H-I means energy.  Shen means soul, message.  It also includes the heart and the consciousness.  Every business has its own soul, its own message.  The energy and matter also represent and are part of any business. 

So these are the three aspects of every business that need to be in alignment for everything to work well, for everything to flow, for finances to flow, for success to take place.  So this is a little bit different from a normal business concept.  This is part of Master Sha’s Tao Oneness teaching, to have Shen Chi Jing in alignment.

The key is for us to think about for our business, what is the Shen?  What is the soul, the message of my business?   How does it then flow into the energy of the business?  Are there blockages, challenges? 

What about the matter?  The matter is the physical manifestation, the embodiment of the business, company or organization.  So I invite you to think about this.  I invite you to self-assess what these three aspects are for your business, or for your company.  It doesn’t matter whether you’re the company owner, the company leader, employee, it doesn’t matter.  This is an exercise for you to understand how Tao as the way of all life, Tao as the universal laws and principles affect all aspects of life.  The way of Tao is to follow nature’s way. 

The business also needs to follow nature’s way, otherwise it will simply not flow and we find ourselves faced with blockages after blockages.  Things will be challenging. 

So align yourself with the Tao, with following nature’s way.  Think and assess these three aspects, Shen, Chi, and Jing for your business.  What are they?  What could they be?

In the next segment I’m going to lead you through a practice on how to correct the misalignment or how to bring about alignment for these three aspects.  Then in the following section after that I’m going to offer a major blessing for this.
