Who do you really serve?

Hello and welcome. My name is Master Mirva Inkeri. I'm very honored and privileged to be a disciple and worldwide representative of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, as well as one of his Divine Channels.

In my blog here, what I teach about is how to do business, our daily business differently in the Soul Light Era, which is a time, a phase in time that commenced in August 2003. More on that, in another blog. It is basically how we apply and understand some of the spiritual concepts and principles and apply them into our daily business. So I have talked about service before, but today I wanted to talk about service as in who you really serve.

• Are you truly serving your customers?
• Are you truly serving others in your business?
• Or are you focused on maybe the shareholders, the board members?
• Are you focused on making business decisions related to your products and services based on money?
• Are you making the decisions what features for example a product or service should have based on how much money they can bring in?

There is nothing wrong with having money come in, but if that's your most important focus, if that's your primary purpose how you make decisions, then it is not aligned very well spiritually. The basic principle in Master Sha's teaching is the purpose of life is to serve others. To serve others, is to make them happier and healthier.

In our business if we do not make the decisions related to our products and services and we don't put out the offering out, that is truly focused on serving others, giving others what they want and need, and what would delight them, what would add value to them and their life, we are not most aligned. We are not aligned in the best way to serve others, which will in turn impact the money that will come in. It is indirect correlation to our income, to our revenue.

I did six sigma work, business transformation work, process improvement, customer experience work for years, and I encountered this on a daily basis: how so many businesses were not fully aligned with this principle, and so many things were like a blockage because of this simple principle.

Products were not launched based on what customers wanted and needed. They were launched based on what the internal teams decided would be a good product or good feature. This is already a misalignment with what people want. Therefore, their service isn't really fulfilling its highest purpose. It's in misalignment. There is much much more I can talk about on this topic, but just for today, really take some time to self-assess. Go through your products and services and go through, assess them.

• Think about how are they serving others.
• Are they serving others in the best possible way?
• Is there something you could tweak or change to help them to serve others better?

·         Take note where you have missed a point maybe so that you can not only improve the current existing services and products but to make note for future decisions, future services and products.

Education Day 9: Relationship with the Divine

Hello, and good morning. This is Master Mirva. 

Today I wanted to share with you about a spiritual concept in my life. Many of you probably wonder and contemplate on this. It’s related a very particular service my teacher, Doctor and Master Zhi Gang Sha is offering currently. This is a Divine Karma Cleansing service related to specifically with our relationship with the Divine. This is a relationship and a karma that can affect many many aspects of our lives.

Several years ago, probably about 20 years ago, I was at a point in my life where I needed to learn that there truly … like deeply learn, no believe experience, understand and integrate … that there truly is a power higher than myself that is actually in charge of my life. I had a mentor on this topic, and I said to this wonderful lady that, “I cannot even say the word guard.” Her reply to me was, “It doesn’t matter what word you use. It doesn’t matter whether you use the word God, Divine, Higher Power, whatever feels comfortable for you.” She said, “I don’t care if you call it HP.”

This was rather funny for me because it helped me to think about the HP source. I said, “I can do that.” Why am I sharing this with you? It’s because of my karma. I had karma in my relationship with the Divine, with God, that caused me to have that incredible difficulty to even speak the word, let alone trust that there was somebody in charge of my life, which I came to realize were such a grand delusion, but I didn’t know it at the time where I was on my journey.

Today I know very different, and I have gone through many years of purses of surrendering not only my life, but ultimately my will that there is a power greater than myself who is in charge of not only my life, but all life. Through this exquisite service we can all clear our karma with the Divine, and have greater faith, greater trust, that all is well, and all is going to be well in all aspect of our life, including ours.

I wish you the greatest best on your journey to find this relationship with the Divine, God, whatever Higher Soul, Higher Saint you trust in and find comfort in.

"This karma cleansing is unlike any other karma cleansing ever been offered to any human being before. This will facilitate Tian Ren he yi much easier than ever before.  Humanity has much karma with the divine and all of this will commence to shift as now the gate has been opened by your teacher. The darkness under which humanity has lived so far will start to shift and lighten. Humanity will be able to access a different level of divine light and experience deeper divine love through this new purer connect with all levels of divine, as a result of this karma cleansing. All life is transformed as a result of this karma cleansing service. Education Day 2: The Most Important Healing is the Forgiveness Practice.

This teaching on Tao is one of my favourite teachings by my teacher and on the Tao.  It is one of the fundamental teachings on Tao. It is so profound. I cannot hear it enough.  The other is that of karma.  It is so completely profound and fundamental, yet so many are unaware and keep pondering why life is happening the way it is and how to change its flow.  This post by my teacher shows exactly how.  Learn forgiveness practice. Do it daily and miraculous transformation is possible!

When a sperm and egg create embryo Tao gives yuan shen which is original soul. Yuan shen creates yuan qi and yuan jing. Yuan qi is original energy and yuan jing is original matter. This yuan shen, yuan qi and yuan jing will join together as a full bottle of oil which is the pre-natal jing qi shen in a newborn. This is what is given to a healthy newborn baby. Then as a baby grows and matures through teenager, adult, senior and more, the jing qi shen is depleted. The oil lamp continues to be depleted because of soul mind body blockages. Soul blockages are negative karma. Mind blockages are negative mind-sets, negative attitudes, negative beliefs, ego, attachments and more. Body blockages are energy and matter blockages.

The Heart is the King!

The Heart is the king of organs. It is in charge of all organs in the body. Leadership without heart is act of mind and the will. In Chinese teachings, the heart houses the mind.  This brings great significance to heart from many aspects.  

This is a story of my heart, its purification process and Divine blessings I received. They transformed not only my physical heart but also my consciousness as a result. 

Hello. This is Master Mirva.

I said earlier that I would share some of my experiences with Karma. So far I’ve shared some of the teachings and now I wanted to share of my own experiences.

In August this year, 2013, I received a Karma reading that there was something wrong with my heart. I went to the Doctor. I was not in pain at all. I was completely unaware there was anything wrong with my heart. I actually had pain in my abdomen. The Doctor sent me for tests, all kinds. There was absolutely nothing wrong in my abdomen medically.

However, there was something wrong with my heart. The ECR came through showing that I’d had a heart attack. The Doctor completely out ruled this. He said, “You are perfectly healthy. There’s nothing wrong with you. I need you to go the cardiologist. You want to have this proven that this is not true so it’s not in your records.” He said, “If you were 30 years older I would believe this test.”

Personally I didn’t even want to go because I thought well if I haven’t had one why should I go to the cardiologist. I spent two hours at the cardiologist. She received the same result. She also had an ultrasound of my heart that showed my heart was perfectly healthy and in very good condition. She put me back on the treadmill. She moved the wires, etc., tried to get a different reading. Yet, the reading of the test was still the same. She ended up ruling this out. She even came and had a second ultrasound and looked at my heart under the monitor herself, as she wanted to have a particular picture taken.

She concluded I had not had a heart attack and that my heart in her words was perfectly healthy and beautiful. I spoke to a friend who is a surgeon. I said, “How does this happen.” I said, “What I think has happened is that I have had this mild heart attack, but I had received a Divine Karma Cleansing. I had received new heart treasures from Master Sha, a Divine Heart. I had a Divine Soul of a Heart, Divine Mind, which is the consciousness of the heart and Divine Energy and Matter. Instantly when I was at the cardiologist office and we were having this conversation, this is what I realized had happened.

My friend the surgeon concluded, he said, “That there is still a little bit left, the memory of the damage is there. That is why the graphs still showed as if I had a heart attack.” But because of the Divine Services, the Karma Cleansing and the soul mind body transplants I had received for my heart and because I had practiced it daily; these helped the heart to be completely so well and recovered that the ultrasound showed that I had a perfectly healthy, vibrant heart. This is all because of Divine Karma Cleaning and the Divine Healing Services I received from Master Sha.

I consider this personally my very own Soul Healing Miracle experience. I am a deeply, deeply grateful to the Divine and to Master Sha and the Tao and the Source that he is a servant and a vehicle and vessel for.

Karma - how it effects our life.

Hello. My name is Master Mirva.

Today, I wanted to speak to you about karma. How does karma relate to business or the daily work? In every possible way. Master Sha's teaching is that everything has a soul. When you heal and transform the soul first, the mind and the body will follow. If everything has a soul, the second step is that everything that has a soul also carries karma. This can be positive or negative. One of the key teachings about karma Master Sha has is that karma is the root cause of success and failure in every aspect of your life.

What does this mean? If we have relationship challenges, our boss, colleagues, our loved ones, it's because of karma. If we have struggle in business, it's because of karma. If we can't get the next promotion, the next deal, the next client, it's because of karma, our past karmic binds, lessons, what we call soul, mind, body blockages. These are the reasons that stop us, to help us to have challenges in this lifetime.

What to do? The key is to learn to transform this. We can learn to self-clear karma or we can have the easy way. The easy way is to receive divine karma-cleansing services from Master Sha, which are available to us.

In the next few videos, I am going to tell you about my lessons in this lifetime with karma. I have received karma-cleansing services from Master Sha several times. Several times, this has been actually life changing for me.

How to return from a spiritual retreat

Hello. My name is Master Mirva Inkeri. I've just returned from a very intense spiritual retreat with my spiritual teacher, Dr. and Master Sha. Many of you may be on a spiritual journey, spiritual path, and you may be attending all kinds of spiritual events and retreats. I'd like to talk about today how to come back, how to return to the regular world, to the working life, business life, corporate world, and so forth.

The duality can seem very harsh when we come back. It used to be, at least for me, I used to come back to my corporate world … upon returning from my retreat, I'm thinking, "I don't know how to do this? How can I think back into this world? It's so not what I want or what I like or I don't like." This used to be my thinking. Until I realized that every aspect of my life is part of my spiritual life. Every aspect of my day, of my life is part of my spiritual journey. Every aspect, how I conduct my day, in my corporate world, in my work, is how I apply my practice to my spiritual journey.

The first thing is to dissipate the duality. It's all one. Second part was to realize that every aspect of my being was going through huge shift, change, and transformation when I came back into the physical world, so to say. My spiritual body, mental body, emotional body, and physical body had to go on through and were still going through major transformation and adjustment.

For me, it was important to realize that however long the period, was week, two weeks, whatever, it was not the time to make any major decisions based on what was going on with my thinking. The temptation and/or the desire to make big changes was often there. What I needed to learn was to wait. Wait and allow the transformation to balance in all aspect of my being to harmonize, calm down, and integrate. Because I learned that my thinking and my emotions, because they were going through such transformation, they were not necessarily all balanced out. If I waited longer, my perception and the way I thought about things in my view did actually change.

There was too much charge right after; maybe a week, at least; maybe two weeks to wait out, to allow every all of the four bodies to settle down; to settle down, to integrate the frequency and vibration that I had received during the retreat being in a higher frequency. These were very, very important.

The third part was to keep practicing, to keep up my spiritual practice. Most of all, chant. Because to chant a mantra, or whatever your practice is, helps to keep my frequency higher. It helps to keep transforming my own frequency and vibration in my physical body, my emotional body, mental body, and spiritual body. This can help to balance the days from morning to night and it can help to balance the thinking, the emotional responses, and reactions to life in general.

These are some of the … just some, few tips, how to come back, how to return to the normal life. I'd like to offer you a blessing to support your return, support your integration whenever you need it. You can come back to this and let me know what your experience has been. 

Take a deep breath. Sit up straight. Close your eyes. Breathe in and breathe out. Allow yourself to open and to receive this blessing, to support your integration, to balance and harmonize your soul, heart, mind, and body to be able to adjust and integrate appropriately.

Uplift your consciousness

Hello everyone, 

Love and light to your weekend!  Do you suffer from negative thinking? Do you perceive that the cup is half empty, rather than half full? Do you focus on what went wrong in your day, rather than what happened really well? Do you get easily upset? 

What if there was a way to release some of this? 

What I found most precious and incredible was when I discovered that there was a way to create incredible shift in my negative outlook upon life and thinking in general.  It used to bother me a lot!  I was one of the people who would focus on what had gone wrong in my day, when I was reviewing my day at the end of it. One single negative thing could outweigh several positive ones. Can you believe it? 

I am so grateful that it does not need to be my reality any more. 

I found relief with Master Sha: not only in his teaching and practices on how to transform my thinking, but most especially in the Divine Healing blessings that he offers. We carry a type of karma in the form of negative attitudes, negative mindsets, negative beliefs, ego and attachments. I knew I had all of these! I just had never found a way that could create a significant change for me. And I had tried MANY things. 

I am extremely grateful that Master Sha offers karma cleansing for all of these five types of mind blockages! And it is not the only opportunity. In addition to this, he offers an opportunity to uplift our consciousness.  Not just transform but uplift. This is different.  Our consciousness is literally uplifted to a completely another level, to a much much higher level.  This in itself, is not only completely rare and sacred, it is also incredibly unique. I don't know any other method or healing technique that is quite like this. Personally, I never miss an opportunity for this. Every time I receive one of these blessings the quality of my thinking transforms further. My mind and awareness completely perceives things differently. This made a tremendous difference for me in my work.  There were so many things that used to "get to me" during my working day: company politics, game playing and more. After receiving these karma cleansing and Mind Enlightenment orders, this all started to shift for me.  Gradually all of this was transforming and I could be more and more detached and not perceive things so negatively. I could let people, situations and relationships be ok, just as they were. This gave me most incredible freedom.
