Complimenting, uplifting others when giving feedback

Good morning, good evening, good afternoon,
my name is Master Mirva Inkeri and I’m delighted to be with you today.  I’m honored to be a divine channel, a disciple and a worldwide representative of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha.
I apply his teachings to daily business.  That is the topic or area of life that I often share and teach about.  Today I’d like to talk about complaining versus communicating improvements.  In Master Sha’s teaching, spiritually, complaining has very negative effects of oneself as well as for others, carries very low frequency and a negative frequency.
Even if you didn’t know that spiritual aspect, many of us know that when someone is complaining it doesn’t feel nice.  We don’t feel uplifted and inspired afterwards, do we?  In other words, complaining does not uplift anyone’s spirits.  It doesn’t help us feel better.
There is a way how we can communicate improvements, what we would like to see done differently or better in a much more positive manner.  I’m very grateful to my corporate career because I learned a lot about relationship skills and communication skills as part of those years.
The model I learned and I wish to share with you today is very simple.  You simply look at a topic, a project, someone’s presentation, whatever the case may be, whatever it is that you’re assessing or even if you’re not assessing but you decide you have feedback for somebody how to do it better.  Very simple way is to really look at what is good about what was done.  Then say this is what was good about it and to make it even better would be to do one, two, three, A, B, C.
Notice I didn’t say “but”, because it’s not about this was good but this is what went wrong.  Quite on the contrary.  It can be difficult for some people at some times to find what is good or positive about something.  These are maybe the people who focus more naturally on the negative rather than on the positive.  It is a skill.  It can be practiced.  It’s actually very essential because there's always something good with everything, whether it’s a person, situation, scenario, there’s always something good that is worth identifying, acknowledging and speaking out loud.
It’s about acknowledging what is good and then the enhancement how to make it even better.  Notice at no point was there this is wrong, this is not good, this is bad.  There's nothing negative.  It’s all about positive acknowledgement then uplifting it even further, improving it, enhancing it.
“This is what I liked about your presentation.  You spoke so clearly, it was so simple and easy to understand.  You know, it would’ve been even better if you’d given me one or two examples exactly what it looks like. “
Very simple recipe and you can help others feel empowered and uplifted by your interaction with them.
Try it, let me know how it feels like, how it came out, what you found maybe challenging, let me know in the comments and I would love to help you practice that even further.
Inspire others, give them your positive message and help to uplift them as well as yourself
Have a wonderful day.  Love you, love you, love you.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Love and light,
Master Mirva
